Overview
This website is operated by Field Vanity and is powered by Shopify. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from the store.
Products and information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information accurately. Colors and finishes may vary because of photography, lighting, screens, manufacturing variation, or product updates. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refund an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Third-party fulfillment
Some products may be shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Their participation in fulfillment does not change the customer-facing policies stated on this store, except where product-specific restrictions are disclosed before purchase.
Proper use
You may not use this site or its services for unlawful activity, to interfere with site security or operation, or to infringe the rights of others.
Beauty and personal-care products
Product information is provided for general consumer use. Unless expressly stated and lawfully supported, products sold by Field Vanity are not presented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease. Follow manufacturer directions and ingredient or safety information supplied with the product. Stop using a product if you experience an adverse reaction and seek appropriate care when needed.
Returns, shipping, and privacy
Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the store. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
